At Boosted Bras, we want you to feel as confident in our return process as you do in our European-crafted lingerie. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached for hygiene reasons.

Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear with removed hygiene liners cannot be returned. All other bras and swimwear are eligible for return if the above conditions are met.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate your return: Email our Brighton-based customer care team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
  2. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our Brighton address (provided in your return approval email) using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: The original item cost will be refunded, minus any original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference.
  • For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.
  • Standard shipping fees apply for exchange shipments unless the original order qualified for free shipping.

International Returns

As we ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or return as appropriate.
  • In these cases, we’ll cover return shipping costs.
