Shipping Information

Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

We ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please ensure items are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached

Important Hygiene Note

Swimwear with removed hygiene liners cannot be returned for health protection reasons. All other bras and swimwear are eligible if the above conditions are met.

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return: Email our Brighton-based customer care team at [email protected] using the template below.
  2. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package your items: Securely pack items in their original packaging.
  4. Ship your return: Send to our Brighton address (provided in approval email) using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Processing: We’ll process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Allow 7-10 business days to appear in your original payment method.
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: Original item cost minus any original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return.
  • For higher value exchanges: You’ll be charged the difference.
  • For lower value exchanges: We’ll refund the difference.
  • Standard shipping fees apply unless the original order qualified for free shipping.

International Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
