2.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our products (including Full Cup Bras, High Apex Bras, Plunge Bras, Push Up Bras, Sports Bras, and Swimwear) with:

• Detailed sizing information
• Material composition
• Color representations (note that monitor settings may affect how colors appear)

2.2 Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either:

• Offer a suitable alternative, or
• Refund the unavailable item(s)

2.3 Hygiene Considerations

For health protection reasons:

• Swimwear with removed hygiene liners cannot be returned
• All other items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached for returns

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you:

• Confirm all information provided is accurate
• Agree to pay the full amount including any applicable taxes and duties
• Receive an order confirmation email (this is not a payment receipt)

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.

3.3 Pricing

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once items leave our facility in Brighton, responsibility transfers to you. International customers:

• Are responsible for any customs fees or import duties
• Should provide accurate delivery information (we’re not responsible for incorrect addresses)

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
• Swimwear hygiene liners must be intact
• You must initiate the return process by emailing [email protected]

5.2 Return Process

1. Email us using the return request template
2. Wait for approval and RMA number (within 2 business days)
3. Package items securely in original packaging
4. Ship to our Brighton address using a tracked service

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return, with these conditions:

• Original item cost minus shipping fees will be refunded (unless the return is our error)
• Refunds appear in your original payment method within 7-10 business days

5.4 Exchanges

For exchanges:

• We ship replacements after processing your return
• Price differences will be charged or refunded as appropriate
• Standard shipping fees apply unless original order qualified for free shipping

• Product designs
• Images
• Text
• Logos

are the property of Boosted Bras Sales Store and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Any health issues arising from product use
• Individual fit preferences not matching expectations
